The Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive third‑party ambulance billing, collection, and accounts‑receivable management services for its Emergency Medical Service program. The contract is for three years and requires full integration with the tribe’s ePCR system (ImageTrend), certified coding, rapid claim submission, denial management, patient invoicing, and real‑time reporting. Vendors must demonstrate multi‑state Medicaid credentials (Arizona, New Mexico, Utah), tribal experience, and compliance with Navajo privacy laws, and will be paid a net‑percentage fee on collected revenue.
• Provide bi‑directional data integration with ImageTrend ePCR and submit clean claims within 72 hours.
• Manage denial appeals within 5 business days and deliver culturally appropriate patient statements.
