Description
The Army Contracting Command (ACC), APG, Tobyhanna Division, is soliciting proposals for traffic systems preventative maintenance and repair services at the Tobyhanna Army Depot. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be required to perform semi-annual preventative maintenance visits, 48-hour on-site response, equipment inspection, and formal repair proposal submission. The contractor must also comply with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) requirements.
• The contract will be for a firm fixed price.
• The contractor must have a current CMMC status at the CMMC Level 2 (Self) or higher.
• The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Labor Standards statute and regulations.
• The contractor must submit a proposed pricing worksheet as part of the proposal.
• The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
