The City of Worcester is seeking an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) to provide full‑service management for the design‑bid‑construction of a veterinary‑technology clinic expansion at Worcester Technical High School. The OPM will handle both the bidding phase (pre‑bid meetings, bid document preparation, bid evaluation, award recommendation) and the construction phase (project coordination, budget & schedule control, construction administration, risk management, and close‑out). The fee is capped at $700,000 and the schedule runs from contract execution in January 2026 through project close‑out in March 2027. Primary requirements include a registered architect or professional engineer with significant public‑sector experience, MCPPO certification, and prior work on public‑school or Chapter 149 projects.
