5852 Rental of Synthetic Ice-Skating Rink for City Event

The City of New Rochelle is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and install a synthetic ice-skating rink, and assorted supplies, for the City’s third annual Mid-Winter Recess Event. The event will take place at Lincoln Park in New Rochelle, NY, from February 14 to February 21, 2026. The scope of work includes furnishing, installing, and deinstalling a 70’ x 50’ outdoor synthetic ice-skating rink, providing benches, outdoor speakers, tents, a generator, synthetic ice-skating rink skates, and a hot chocolate station. The vendor will also be responsible for providing staff to manage the event. • The rink will be installed on the Lincoln Park Basketball Courts. • The event will be open from noon to 5 p.m. each day. • The vendor will be allowed to begin mobilization up to three days prior to the event. • Demobilization shall be completed no later than 6 p.m. on February 23, 2026. • The City will provide three full-color graphics to the awarded vendor to produce and install wall decals. • The vendor will be responsible for providing overnight security to guard vendor property. • The vendor will be responsible for providing storage for all equipment.
