Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area Initiative (ASAUA) G-611 Series EOC/Specific Training Courses

The City of Santa Ana, on behalf of the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area Initiative, seeks a qualified training provider to deliver a series of five G‑611 Emergency Operations Center (EOC) position‑specific courses over a three‑year contract (extendable to five years). The vendor will supply instructors, laptops, course materials, and all required certifications, while the City provides classroom space and AV equipment. Deliverables include attendance rosters, certificates of completion, and post‑training evaluation reports. • Provide up to five 8‑hour classroom courses (EOC Management, Operations, Logistics, Finance/Administration) to a minimum of 20 participants per delivery. • Supply qualified instructors, training aids, and obtain all necessary state/federal certifications (Cal OES, DHS/FEMA, POST, etc.) at the vendor’s cost. • Manage all administrative tasks: registration, rosters, certificates, surveys, and submit final reports within 30 days of each session.
