The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide third-party access by First National Technology Solutions for data services to the State of Illinois per the Third Party Access Agreement Addendum to the Nomad Software License Agreement. This is an emergency purchase due to the critical state of the environment that hosts the applications, which are many years out of support and can't be safely restarted. The selected vendor will need to provide the necessary services to move the perpetual licenses and increase the license usage to the cloud. • The vendor must be able to provide the necessary services to move the perpetual licenses and increase the license usage to the cloud. • The vendor must be able to provide the necessary services to support the key applications for the agencies. • The vendor must be able to provide the necessary services to prevent any malfunctions that cannot be restored or recovered.
