Description
The Maryland Office of People's Counsel is seeking expert engineering consulting services to review proposed transmission line replacements. The selected contractor will provide consultant services, including review and analysis of the utility's application and supporting documents, preparation of data requests, and attendance at meetings and hearings. The contract may be extended for up to three additional one-year terms.
• The contractor will provide services related to the review and analysis of the utility's application and supporting documents.
• The contractor will prepare data requests and other discovery materials.
• The contractor will attend meetings and hearings as requested by the Office.
• The contractor will provide expert testimony and assistance with cross-examination and briefing.
• The contractor will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to confidentiality and non-discrimination.
