Description
The Texas Health & Human Services Commission is seeking vendors to supply a variety of snack items—including beverages, water, juices, crackers, candy, coffee, and related disposable service items—for the canteen at the Mexia State Supported Living Center (SSLC). The solicitation is posted electronically, with a response deadline of September 9, 2026 at 10:30 PM. Vendors must submit a bid through the HHS Online Bid Room or another approved method, and must meet all statutory and affirmation requirements outlined in the solicitation package. The contract value is estimated at $75,000.
• Provide assorted snack products (beverages, water, juices, crackers, candy, coffee, plastic/Styrofoam service items, tobacco, etc.)
• Deliver to Mexia SSLC (location in Texas) on a schedule defined in the contract
• Must comply with Texas HHS procurement regulations and certifications (CTCD/CTCM)
• Submission must be received by 10:30 PM on 9/9/2026; electronic submission optional but must follow the prescribed form
