Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial cleaning services for the Miami Vet Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the required cleaning tasks. The contract is contemplated to be a firm fixed price contract. The contractor must be a small business and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. The Government will evaluate offers based on price, technical factors, and past performance.
