KBI FLEXI-PAVE

Sarasota County is seeking to renew a sole source procurement with K.B. Industries, Inc. for the provision of KBI FLEXI-PAVE, a proprietary product. The County may consider responses from other vendors who can provide the same or substantially similar products and/or services. The vendor must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form and respond to this solicitation by the deadline. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the vendor must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and regulations. Some key points to consider: • The vendor must provide the goods and/or services described in the sole source documentation. • The vendor must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form and respond to this solicitation by the deadline. • The contract may be terminated by the County at any time upon written notice to the Vendor. • The vendor must maintain insurance acceptable to the County for this Purchase Order and shall submit proof of such insurance to the County upon request. • The vendor shall be required to confirm the employment eligibility of all employees through participation in E-Verify or an employment eligibility program approved by the Social Security Administration.
