Graphic Design Services

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Mental Health is seeking a qualified contractor to provide graphic design services. The services include creating a new tagline, logo, and word mark, as well as standardized and editable templates for various formats. The contractor will also be required to create a custom suite of icons and illustrations, motion graphics, and a written proposal for a future graphic design master plan. The contract term is expected to be from the date of execution through June 30, 2027. • The contractor must have three years of professional experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must provide a narrative summary of their relevant background information and experience. • The contractor must provide three letters of reference from partners who have worked with them. • The contractor must complete and submit a proposer's estimated budget form. • The contractor must comply with all requirements set forth in the work order solicitation.
