Unsafe Building Boarding Program

The City of Indianapolis is seeking vendors to provide boarding services for unsafe buildings. The selected vendor will be responsible for securing openings in buildings, including doors and windows, using approved materials and methods. The vendor will also be required to provide photographic evidence of completed work and submit invoices on a weekly basis. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for one-year extensions. • The vendor must have experience in providing boarding services for unsafe buildings. • The vendor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to complete the work. • The vendor must be able to respond to emergency requests from the City within a short timeframe. • The vendor must be able to provide photographic evidence of completed work. • The vendor must be able to submit invoices on a weekly basis.
