Description
The Michigan Government is seeking a provider for Parent Education Home Based Services in Ingham County. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering parent education services to clients in their homes. The contract will include requirements for referrals, services to be provided, and reporting.
• The provider must have experience and qualifications in providing parent education services.
• The provider must be able to serve clients in Ingham County.
• The provider must be able to provide job shadowing for new workers during the first 30 days of employment.
• The provider must be able to submit reports according to the requirements specified in the contract.
