Description
The Village of Islamorada is seeking proposals for on-demand electric vehicle ridesharing services. The selected contractor will provide a minimum of three electric vehicles, drivers, dispatchers, charging stations, and maintenance. The service will operate from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., seven days a week, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contractor will also provide monthly reports on ridership and operations.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services.
• The contractor must have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in the scope of services.
• The contractor must provide a cost proposal that includes a $2.00 fare for each rider.
• The contractor must provide proof of authorization to transact business in the State of Florida.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to insurance, bonds, and public records.
