Security Guard Services

The North Carolina Central University is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide Security Guard Services for the university campus. The contract term will be six months, with the option to renew for up to two additional months. The vendor will be required to provide security guards for designated residence halls during evening hours, with the possibility of additional staffing during high-traffic events. The vendor must have the necessary experience, expertise, and financial stability to provide quality and cost-effective services. • The security guards will be responsible for regular patrols, access control, incident response, and resident safety within their assigned area. • The vendor must comply with all requirements and specifications stated in the IFB, including pricing, invoicing, financial stability, and HUB participation. • The vendor must provide at least three references for similar services provided in the past. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets the specifications, with consideration for past performance, references, and financial documents.
