Description
The Montana VA Health Care System is seeking telehealth services for Veterans residing in several counties, including Daniels, Lincoln, Richland, Roosevelt, Sheridan, and Silver Bow. The services will be provided in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment. The contractor will be required to meet the performance objectives of the referenced Quality, management, experience, and staffing, transition plan, start-up plan, and geographic location requirements.
Some key aspects of the contract include:
• Meeting the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
• Achieving the performance objectives of the referenced Quality, management, experience, and staffing
• Providing a transition plan that minimizes the time from contract award to provision of patient care
• Having a plan for provider coverage for leave, unscheduled access, and vacancies
• Meeting the geographic location requirements
