Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide desktop, laptop, and associated peripherals for a special unit. The contractor must be authorized by the manufacturer or distributor to provide services. The scope of work includes providing product specifications, pricing, and delivery information. The evaluation criteria include the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, statement of authorization, MSRP sheet, mercury affidavit, and price.
• The contractor must provide equipment that meets the specifications outlined in the attachment.
• The contractor must provide pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the submission deadline.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for DELL.
