On-Call HVAC Replacements & Improvements

The City of Winchester is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and quality control and management for as-needed services for installation, replacement, and/or improvements to HVAC systems for buildings/facilities owned by the City of Winchester. The contract term will be five years from the date of award, with the option to renew for two 12-month periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing services as requested, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, piping, and related equipment. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and provide a competent event coordinator to supervise the work.
