Ryan White Part A and Ryan White Part A -Minority AIDS Initiative (NOFA)

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking a Program Administrator to provide Ryan White Part A and Ryan White Part A -Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) services. The selected administrator will be responsible for providing services as outlined in the scope of work. The proposal due date is December 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. Respondents must register in the Oracle Supplier Portal to download the bid documents and to ensure inclusion in the database. • The services include providing healthcare management services to individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. • The proposal must include attachments such as Combined Certificates of Authority, Affidavit of Disclosure of Interests, and Non-Collusion Affidavit. • The City of Detroit reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest cost carrier and price only.
