Office Furniture for BIA Office of Trust Services

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide office furniture for the Office of Trust Services in Lakewood, CO. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, assembling, and installing the furniture, as well as providing a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty. The scope of work includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and supervision required to deliver and install the furniture, and performing all associated cleanup, including removal of packaging and debris. Some of the specific furniture items required include task chairs, bookcase storage towers, and desks. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete the installation. • The contractor must deliver and install the furniture in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and the provided floor plan. • The contractor must protect walls, floors, and government property during installation. • The contractor must remove all packing materials and debris from the site. • The contractor must coordinate all delivery and installation logistics with the Government point of contact. • The contractor must verify field measurements and notify the Government of discrepancies. • The contractor must provide a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty for all items furnished.
