Description
The Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) is seeking proposals/bids for the provision of mowing and grounds maintenance services at the Admin/Taylor Plant. The contract is expected to be for one year with four one-year options to renew, pending Board approval. The contract beginning date is tentatively set for February 2026.
• The contract will be awarded to the most successful bidder(s) pending Board approval.
• The contract will include mowing and grounds maintenance services at the Admin/Taylor Plant.
• The contract beginning and ending dates will be contingent upon Board approval and notification of award to successful bidders.
• The district is a political subdivision of the State of Texas and provides regional water, wastewater, and other services to the greater Denton County Area.
