Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide Teletown Hall services, which include event planning, customer support, and technical hosting for virtual town hall events. The events will be held quarterly, with two events for women Veterans only and two events for the broader enrollee base of Veterans. The vendor will be responsible for providing customizable phone scripts, training in advance of the events, and technical support during the events. The contract period is from December 19, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing virtual town hall events with closed captioning
• Offering customizable phone scripts and training for planning staff, screeners, and panelists
• Making robo promotional calls to approximately 120K for the broad base and 20K for the women’s only veterans in advance of the event
• Providing technical hosting, two screeners, and an event planner for the events
• Delivering post-event transcripts of questions and other metrics such as attendance numbers
