Description
The Maryland Department of Human Services is seeking a Master Contractor to provide SolarWinds Observability and Database Performance software. The contract is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to bid. The scope of work includes the subscription conversion and renewal of the software, as well as installation and training services. The agency is looking for a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering price and evaluation factors.
• The contract is for a fixed price.
• The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for SolarWinds.
• The Master Contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the PORFP.
• The Master Contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The contract includes requirements for invoicing, payment, and delivery.
