The Cedar Springs Public Schools are soliciting proposals for qualified bidders to perform work on various portions of the CSPS Hilltop project. The project involves structural demolition and site demolition. The Construction Manager for the project is Triangle Associates, Inc. The bid package is available for electronic download through Triangle's project management software SmartBid.
• The project requires prevailing wages to not apply.
• Payment and Performance Bonds are required.
• Bidders are responsible for all documents and costs associated with Bid Package #01.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19th at 9:00 AM onsite.
• Proposals are due on April 2nd at 9:00 AM at the District Administration Office.
