Description
The United States Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Oxford University Press for a 12-month subscription to the Mathematics and Physical Sciences (M&PS) Collection. The collection includes on-demand, fully searchable digital libraries of preeminent electronic journals, electronic conference proceedings, and electronic standards in the fields of statistics, applied mathematics, physical sciences, logic, and education. The contract is expected to be awarded on or about 31 December 2025, with a period of performance from 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
• The contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price.
• The portal must provide searching, online content formatting, and a modern interface compatible with browsers on mobile devices.
• The material included in the requested subscription is necessary to allow the AFIT Library to support their mission to engage AFIT personnel with learning tools and instructional services to accomplish academic and research missions.
• Oxford University Press is the only vendor that can satisfy this requirement due to their exclusive license to carry the required journals, conference papers, and industry standards in a suitable format and scope.
