Covered California seeks a qualified vendor to deliver end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 cloud services, encompassing development, architecture, configuration, migration, integration, administration, security, and ongoing support for its statewide health‑benefit exchange. The contract spans three years with an optional two‑year extension, and the total ceiling is $2.5 M.
