Description
The State of Michigan’s Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and related services for the tuckpointing and exterior painting of the Marion Maintenance Garage located at 2897 Sixteen Mile Rd., Marion, MI 49665. Bids must be submitted electronically through SIGMA VSS by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on October 7, 2026. A mandatory pre‑bid walkthrough will be held on September 17, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the project site; all bidders must attend and submit a LEIN request five business days prior. A 5 % bid security is required, and all bidders must provide proof of State Project Registration. Questions are due by September 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.
