Description
The Texas A&M University is seeking a comprehensive irrigation system upgrade for the Golf Clubhouse. The project involves replacing all irrigation heads, valve assemblies, two-wire wiring, and decoders with new owner-supplied components. The work will also include proper system grounding, evaluating the need for a proper controller, replacing faulty isolation valves, and ensuring sprinkler and valve boxes are installed level with grade.
• The project location is the Golf Course Clubhouse, Bldg # 0672 in College Station, Tx.
• The project start and finish dates are to be determined.
• A/E RFQ Submissions are due on 2/4/2026 at 2:00 PM.
• HUB Participation Plan is required, and monthly HUB Progress Assessment Reports are required with each pay application.
