Arbitrage Rebate Compliance

The City of El Paso is seeking a contractor to provide arbitrage rebate compliance services. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the city's compliance with arbitrage rebate regulations. The scope of work includes reviewing and analyzing the city's bond documents and financial records to determine compliance with arbitrage rebate requirements. The contractor will also be required to prepare and submit reports to the city and other regulatory agencies as needed. • The city reserves the right to adjust the schedule of events as necessary. • A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference was held on January 7, 2026. • Questions must be submitted in writing and will be answered via amendment. • The city has implemented a "cone of silence" policy, which prohibits communication regarding bids between or among others after advertising and until the Purchasing Director places a written recommendation on the City Council Agenda.
