The Town of Exeter is offering a single municipal parking space in its downtown for a mobile vending unit under a one‑year license agreement. Vendors must submit a sealed proposal by the deadline, meet state health and insurance requirements, and pay the bid amount within ten days of award. The contract is awarded to the lowest qualified bidder and is renewable each year through a new RFP process.
• License grants exclusive use of one downtown parking spot for 2024 (Jan 1 – Dec 31).
• Minimum annual bid is $2,400; vendor must obtain required NH state vending permits and insurance.
