Description
The State Military Department is seeking a contractor to provide full maintenance and repair services for John Deere mowers, including zero-turns and steering mowers, in the Central Alabama region. The contractor must be located within 25 miles of the JFHQ Army National Guard Facility in Montgomery, Alabama. The services must include diagnostics, tune-ups, engine and hydraulic repairs, belt/blade replacements, and electrical work. The contractor must also furnish OEM or higher-quality equivalent replacement parts.
• The service period is from 12/18/25 to 9/30/26.
• The contractor must provide warranties on labor and parts.
• The contractor must provide invoices/receipts for services, including the vendor's cost and the price after markup.
• The contract will be bid based on labor hourly rate and parts/materials with a percentage markup.
