Description
The Museum School of East Dallas is seeking a vendor to provide prepackaged, vended meals for the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program. The meals must be reimbursable and meet the requirements of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies, as well as maintaining accurate records and providing monthly reports to the school.
• The vendor must be incorporated or licensed to do business in the State of Texas.
• The vendor must have experience in providing vended meal services to schools.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The vendor must provide a detailed proposal, including pricing and menu options.
• The vendor must be able to deliver meals to the school on a daily or weekly basis.
