The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) seeks a prime contractor to provide on‑site engineering and maintenance staffing for its District 4 office building in Oakland, Alameda County. The contractor must supply one Chief Engineer, four Stationary Engineers, and one Maintenance Mechanic to operate, maintain, and repair HVAC, boiler, electrical, fire‑life‑safety, energy‑management, access‑control, plumbing, and water‑treatment systems on a 3‑year term.
