Description
The Department of Justice is seeking a vendor to provide halal meals to FCI Leavenworth from October 1, 2025, to October 17, 2025. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and vendors must submit a quote for all line items to be considered for award. The evaluation criteria will include the lowest price technically acceptable, and past performance will also be considered.
• The contract requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award.
• The vendor must deliver food items that meet the specifications in the line description and the CID standards found on the USDA website.
• The vendor must provide a signed order accepting the offer made within 2 business days of the offer being made.
