3438--Unrestricted VRE Equipment as accommodations to maintain Self-Employment.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure welding and fabrication equipment to support a Veteran's self-employment business. The equipment includes welders, fabrication tables, tube benders, drill presses, grinders, band saws, and other related items. The contractor must deliver and set up the equipment at the Veteran's location within 30 calendar days of award. The contractor must also provide warranty documentation, product manuals, and safety data sheets.
