The City of Flint is seeking a vendor to provide a five‑year, bi‑annual printing and mailing service for its Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) to approximately 35,000 water customers each cycle, plus 1,000 copies delivered to the water plant. The work includes full‑color printing on coated paper, preparation of USPS‑compliant bar‑coded mailings, and coordination of delivery windows in the last weeks of June and December. Vendors must submit detailed pricing, demonstrate capability to meet USPS bulk mailing requirements, and be ready to transition from Option 1 (2026) to a new design (Option 2) beginning in 2027.
