Description
The County of Jefferson, Missouri is seeking construction services for various county-maintained buildings. The proposed service includes flat work, framing, repairs, dry wall, taping, painting, steel work, and ancillary services. The contract will not exceed $75,000 annually and is subject to budgetary limitations. The company services required include demolition, installation, or repair of walls, ceilings, casework, flooring, doors, flat work, electrical, plumbing, and steel work.
