Description
The City of Stone Mountain, Georgia is seeking Request for Qualifications from engineering firms to perform on-call Architecture, Engineering, Surveying services. The consultant shall have the ability to provide in-house services, or the capacity to sublet services including but not limited to construction inspections and certifications, general engineering, surveying, GIS services, hydrology study review, public storm water, public streets, public sanitary sewer system, and all aspects of the City water and wastewater system. Key services may include project management, construction management, technical reports and feasibility studies, engineering and design, stormwater management plan, water and wastewater systems, development plan review, GIS database design, development and support, boundary and topographic surveys, and other professional services. The City intends to award contracts to approximately four civil engineering firms.
