Description
American Memorial Park (AMME) seeks to obtain, via service contract, custodial and janitorial services for its public facilities to include public restrooms located in Garapan (Micro Beach Road), Saipan. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, consumables, transportation, and equipment to perform custodial services to include minor collection of miscellaneous windblown trash and debris around said facilities and specific areas of the park. Key services include:
* Custodial and janitorial services for public facilities
* Minor collection of miscellaneous windblown trash and debris
* Providing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment
* Performing services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
The contract period is anticipated to start on or before April 15, 2026, and the initial contract term is 12 months, with options for extension.
