DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF 3M FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS DAVIT ARM AND DETENT ANCHORS AT THE ALBANY FIELD OFFICE

The New York District Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to design and install 3M fall protection systems, including davit arm and detent anchors, at the Albany Field Office. The project has four main requirements: engineering assessment and design, installation of government-furnished equipment, testing and inspection, and end-user training. The contractor should be experienced in installing fall protection systems and be able to provide 3M certified installers. • The contractor will evaluate the required installation sites for fall protection equipment and develop a design document. • The government will provide the fall protection equipment to be installed. • The contractor will test and inspect all installed equipment to ensure it functions as intended. • The contractor will provide a training session for AFO employees who will use and maintain the equipment.
