The City of Hollywood, FL seeks a qualified consulting firm or multidisciplinary team to provide on‑demand professional planning, urban design, GIS, visualization, graphic design, and public‑engagement services. The relationship will be “continuing” – the City will issue task orders as needs arise, with no guaranteed minimum volume. Services span development‑review, zoning analysis, comprehensive and master planning, urban‑design modeling, advanced GIS analysis and automation, data‑management, branding, and stakeholder outreach. The prime consultant may use sub‑consultants for specialized work but retains overall responsibility.
