Description
The Bureau of Indian Education is seeking a contractor to provide door repair parts for the Tuba City Boarding School. The contract will be for a firm fixed price and will include repairs and parts for doors, mileage fees, and taxes. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to complete the work. The project is expected to last for 120 days, from March 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
* The contractor will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing door issues, including rewiring or re-terminating door power, replacing or adding dedicated power supplies, and adjusting or replacing misaligned locking hardware.
* The contractor will also be required to provide a quote for the work, including all necessary materials and labor.
* The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.
* The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
