Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Automated Chemistry/Immunochemistry Analyzer

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is issuing a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure a fully automated Chemistry/Immunochemistry analyzer, its associated reagents, calibrators, a Type II reagent‑grade water system, UPS, and integrated ATO‑approved middleware for the 88th Medical Group Clinical Laboratory at Wright‑Patterson AFB. The award will include installation, validation, 24/7 technical support, on‑site field service, and training for laboratory personnel. All work must be compatible with the MHS GENESIS / Cerner Millennium Laboratory Information System and meet CAP, FDA, and DOD regulatory requirements. • Supply and install Beckman Coulter (or equivalent) automated chemistry/immunochemistry analyzer with middleware that interfaces to MHS GENESIS. • Provide all consumables (reagents, calibrators) and a Type II water system, plus a UPS for uninterrupted operation. • Deliver 24/7 telephone support, 24/7 on‑site field service response (≤ 24 hrs), and training for key operators (2 per instrument base year, 1 per option year). • Conduct initial validation/comparison studies, handle software updates with each reagent shipment, and comply with CAP, FDA, DOD, and ATO security standards.
