Description
The New Hampshire Veterans Home is seeking one or more qualified vendors to provide temporary nursing staffing (registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and licensed nursing assistants) on a flat‑hourly‑rate basis to fill staffing gaps. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, is non‑exclusive, and may last up to three years with a possible two‑year extension. Vendors must meet extensive licensing, background‑check, and insurance requirements, and be able to supply replacement staff within two weeks of any vacancy.
• Positions required: RN, LPN, LNA – all billed at a flat hourly rate (current market rates cited $90‑$94 for RN, $80‑$84 for LPN, $35‑$39 for LNA).
• No guaranteed minimum shift volume; staffing requests are issued as needs arise, with a two‑week credentialing turnaround.
• Contract length: up to 3 years (optional 2‑year extension); termination possible with 60‑day notice.
• Vendor must be a registered NH vendor, maintain professional liability insurance ≥ $1 M per claim, and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations.
