Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking sources for recruitment video production services for the Jicarilla Service Unit. The selected contractor will produce a 3-5 minute recruitment video, a 30-60 second social media cut, and provide final master files, web-optimized files, and all production working files. The contractor must demonstrate experience in commercial video production, ability to complete the project within a 10-day performance window, and compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards. The project includes pre-production, production, and post-production services, and the contractor must ensure that all footage and media become Government property.
• The contractor will provide all labor, materials, travel, planning, filming, editing, captioning, graphics, music licensing, and final delivery needed to produce professional video content.
• The contractor must demonstrate capability in commercial video production experience, ability to complete the project within a 10-day performance window, and experience with 508 compliance, privacy controls, and HIPAA considerations.
• The contractor will provide a capability statement, including company information, certification as a Small Business Indian Firm, demonstrated relevant experience, technical capability, and point of contact information.
• The Government is seeking small business Indian firms, but may consider other small businesses or larger businesses if no qualified small business Indian firms respond.
