Handyman Services in Lake and Mendocino County

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking a contractor to provide handyman services at various Caltrans-owned Maintenance Facilities and Storage Buildings in Lake and Mendocino County. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, incidentals, travel, and equipment necessary to perform routine and non-routine immediate response handyman services on an email request basis. The contractor must have a valid and current Class B – General Building Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
