The contractor must handle food preparation, on‑site service for approximately 130 senior attendees, and post‑event clean‑up, adhering to strict tribal food‑handling and safety standards. The scope includes supplying all staff, equipment, service ware, and required permits, as well as packaging any leftover food within one hour of service start.
• Provide complete meal service (sandwiches, salads, sides, beverages) for ~130 seniors at a one‑day event.
• Supply all personnel, cooking and serving equipment, disposable service items, and maintain temperature controls (≤ 40 °F cold, ≥ 140 °F hot).
• Deliver on‑site set‑up, service, clean‑up, and packaging of remaining food within 1 hour of the meal start.
• Include a current food‑handler permit and comply with Tribal Occupational Safety and Health Act (TOSHA) regulations.
