The County is seeking qualified contractors to design and construct a pedestrian‑improvement corridor linking McDaniel Farm Park to Satellite Boulevard. The project covers roughly 0.8 mile of sidewalk, trail pads, curb & gutter, storm‑drain upgrades, asphalt resurfacing, signal upgrades, and a pedestrian bridge, plus associated landscaping and site work. Bidders must submit sealed bids by the deadline and provide required bonds and insurance. Plans are available for purchase at $50 each.
• Scope includes earthwork, concrete flat work (≈3,811 SY), asphalt (≈2,490 TN), curb & gutter (≈3,220 LF), storm‑drain pipe (≈101 LF), and two signal units.
• Bid bond = 5 % of total bid; performance/pay bonds = 100 % of bid with A‑8 rating or higher.
