Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is soliciting bids for Generator Maintenance Services. The contract will commence upon date of award and continue through September 30, 2026. The services include quarterly inspections and preventative maintenance on three generators. The contractor will be responsible for performing normal maintenance on equipment, including oil and filter changes, and providing additional services as needed.
• The contract requires the contractor to have at least three years of experience in providing similar services.
• The contractor must meet minimum qualifications, including having the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services.
• The contract may be renewed for up to four additional one-year periods, provided both parties agree in writing.
• The contractor will be paid for services performed as invoiced, with payment normally made within 30 days after receipt of a properly prepared invoice.
