Description
The State University of New York at Stony Brook is seeking bids to furnish and install audio-visual products and services for the AV Wang Conference Room 401B. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary equipment, installation, and testing to ensure the system is fully operational. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, qualified bidder who meets all qualifications and specifications.
• The contract term is not specified, but the bidder must respond as requested with a numerical value for all items.
• The bidder must comply with the New York State Department of Labor's prevailing wage rates and the OSHA 10-hour construction safety and health course requirements.
• The bidder must provide complete and accurate billing and invoicing, and payment may be withheld if the contractor is delinquent in report submittal.
• The University reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, make no contract award, or withdraw the IFB at any time.
